LSI LASTEM, together with Asia Pacific Air Quality Group Pte Ltd (APAQ), our partner company in Singapore, is supplying portable Automatic Weather Station (AWS) verification kits to the maintenance team of AWS network by National Environment Agency (NEA), Singapore.
Verification kit is a useful portable system to cross-check the data quality of the existing meteorological equipment installed in fixed weather stations. It uses reference equipment including data logger and a set of ISO17025 certified sensors. Using a intercalibration procedure it is possible to compare the consistency of readings, to decide if a laboratory calibration or a replacement is required.
